When I will I get my stuff?

We are so excited to get your order, in stock items ship with 24 hours, sometimes the same day!

Do you have sales?

We do sometimes! 

If I change my mind can I return my purchase to the store?

Yes, you may return your item to the store for a Store Credit, within 30 days, with receipt! You must have your receipt. If you receive your shipment and there is no receipt, please notify us immediately so that we can get that to you. 


Seasonal items, Sale items, Clearance Items, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return. I hope you understand that these items we just can't take back.  Hopefully if you can't use the item, perhaps you have a friend or family member that would enjoy a beautiful gift for their birthday or other special day. 


We do not reimburse for shipping, and we do not cover shipping for you to return your purchase. 


If you receive an item and it's damaged, please let us know right away so we can make it right  

I saw something last week that I love, can I still get it?

If it's a staple item, like bulbs, light strings, rugs, etc., we will most likely restock it. 


If it's a holiday item, most likely it's gone.   


Our motto? If you love it, don't leave it for someone else!  :)

Yes you can! Give us a call and we can load your Gift Certificate information into the Online Catalog for your convenience.
