With shipping we strive to offer the most economical shipping we can! Priority Mail tends to be our favorite, with UPS for larger items.  Tracking is provided for all shipments.  We have secured discounted services with both UPS  & USPS to offer the best rates possible. 

Local Pickup

Please note - there are larger items that we offer on our website, for Local Pickup Only. If you need your order delivered, please contact us and we can see what options we have available. 

 

Returns

We hope that you love everything you receive!  
There's just a few things to know about our Return Policy. 
1. All holiday, seasonal, & discounted, sale, and Clearance merchandise is Final Sale.  
2. If you received something that is damaged in transit, please let us know right away. Save your packaging, and send us pictures of the damage, and the damaged packaging. We will file a claim with the shipper and let you know how to proceed.  We will determine if we can replace the item(s) or if we will need to issue a refund for the damaged item. Refunds or credits do not include shipping costs.
3. If you received your goods, (and they aren't part of #1) and wish to return for any reason, please contact us by email (bbcandles@comcast.net) to request a RA (Return Authorization) number.  We must receive notice of your Return Request within 10 days of your receipt of items according to tracking. Items must be returned in unopened, original packaging, for a full refund by store credit. We do not refund or cover shipping.  Return shipping must be paid by the customer, and items you wish to return must be received by us within 30 days of your receiving the original order.
